There are two living areas that have their own TV’s for your party to stream the shows they like to watch. There’s a private fenced in back yard that offers a grill and patio for outdoor dining and enjoying the Florida weather. Take a walk around the neighborhood and make your way down to Indian River Drive where you can observe Florida wildlife and where the locals refer to as “the scenic route”.
There is so much to enjoy about the character this 1950’s home has, the historic district it is located in and the close proximity to local attractions, dining and shopping.
One thing to note: This house is near a railroad track where trains run regularly and even throughout the night. Box fans are provided for light sleepers to help drown out the noise.
