One bedroom, one bath apartment located in downtown St. Petersburg, Fla. Plenty to do if you enjoy the outdoors: biking, walking, canoeing, picnicking. And, of course, our B-E-A-T-I-F-U-L beaches and RAYS baseball. The property is located close to Crescent Lake, Mirror Lake, and Historic Round Lake. Three major bus lines are less than a 5-minute walk. The SunRunner bus line is currently free. Public libraries offer walk-up and drive-thru services. Golf, tennis, sailing - all here - even pickleball courts too! Grocery within walking distance. If you happen to enjoy gardening, I'll happily arrange projects for you! Three-month minimum booking.
