This fantastic home has a generous kitchen with an abundance of light, gorgeous granite countertops and stainless appliances, fully stocked for entertaining with a long center island and 4 comfortable bar stools. This extensive kitchen is open to the living and dining room, all to take in the wonderful views of the gulf from the large expanse of living room windows. The coastal casual dining room boasts a sizable dining table with seating for 8 and is adjacent to an oversized island that seats an additional 4 plus a high-top puzzle table that seats 4. If you prefer to dine outdoors, there are 6 different outdoor seating areas that include a covered dining set poolside. The open living room has splendid new comfortable furniture, perfect to relax while enjoying time with family and friends. A beach side covered deck boasts a multitude of comfortable seating affording some wonderful views of the gulf and the pool area. Beach-facing private pool feels like an oasis, tucked in among the gorgeous native vegetation. The heated pool area was done in lovely brick pavers and an extended wooden deck is tucked under the home for a shady retreat. Private location but still near the center of the island so close to the Light House, restaurants and shops– the best of both worlds!
