The coastal casual dining room boasts a sizable dining table with seating for 8 and is adjacent to an oversized island that seats an additional 4 plus a high-top puzzle table that seats 4. If you prefer to dine outdoors, there are 6 different outdoor seating areas that include a covered dining set poolside. The open living room has splendid new comfortable furniture, perfect to relax while enjoying time with family and friends. A beach side covered deck boasts a multitude of comfortable seating affording some wonderful views of the gulf and the pool area. Beach-facing private pool feels like an oasis, tucked in among the gorgeous native vegetation. The heated pool area was done in lovely brick pavers and an extended wooden deck is tucked under the home for a shady retreat.
