Summary: A good property in an excellent location, with everything you need nearby. The suite was clean, tidy and new. But the management is very disorganized. We booked and paid for a higher suite category. When we arrived, it wasn’t available, and they put us in a lower-category unit instead. The staff insisted it was “better” because of the king bed, although the renovation was dated, the appliances were older, and it was worse overall. I had to explain that this was not what we booked, and it took several conversations and calls with a manager. Only the next day, once they had cleaned the suite we paid for, did we move. No apology, no discount, no compensation, not even a restaurant credit. Staff avoided admitting it was their mistake. If you stay here, be prepared for a disorganized check-in and for problems getting the suite you booked.
