This unique, three-story home nestled next to a lake, offers a peaceful relaxing atmosphere for you to enjoy your stay. The home includes many wonderful features including a lakeside deck with seating to enjoy the beautiful Naples sunsets. We also offer a huge wrap-around lanai where you can dine al fresco or enjoy an evening in the hot tub. The home is appointed with original artwork throughout painted by the homeowner, an established Naples artist and musician.
The space
You’ll enjoy snuggling up for a movie in the living room with a wood-burning fireplace, sleeper sofa and 55” HDTV. The primary bedroom on the ground floor has a four poster, king-size bed and wall-mounted TV with convenient French doors to the lanai where you can sip your morning coffee. The second floor contains two bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed and wall-mounted TV. In addition to the two bedrooms, we offer a communal work space complete with iMac computer, a printer plus a comfortable seating area for reading or just hanging out. The wooden spiral staircase takes you to the third floor where two twin beds offer a cozy space away from the rest of the crowd. Some of our other amenities include free washer and dryer, Apple HomePods bluetooth speakers, charcoal BBQ grill and Starlink Wi-Fi service for fast, reliable internet access.
Other things to note
Pets are allowed with advance approval and an additional fee. There is no smoking allowed indoors and as a courtesy to our neighbors, we ask for no excessive noise.
