This bright, contemporary home is nestled on a quiet street with easy access to beaches and downtown. With its large backyard, pool, hot tub, four bedrooms and spacious kitchen this is perfect for a family getaway!
The home is within walking and biking distance to the Amish Village of Pinecraft that features Yoder's Fresh Market and restaurants. It's only a short drive to Siesta Key(9.4 mi) and Lido Key (6.5mi) both with beautiful beaches! Downtown Sarasota is only minutes away!

The space has an open floor plan with plenty of room for entertaining family. It'll be your home away from home!
The backyard is private with a heated pool and hot tub and there's a pavilion that has an outdoor kitchen and outdoor dining area. There is a gas grill & a Big Green Egg.

All areas are available for guests to access except for a locked supply closet.
There's free parking on the property with enough room to fit a total of 5 cars, 1 would be in the garage and 4 on the driveway.

**Please refrain from bringing pool floats that have confetti/glitter inside of them. This can cause issues for the pool if one pops, and the confetti/glitter gets into the pool. Thank you for understanding!
We offer a complimentary starter kit of necessary amenities which is generally enough for shorter stays but after that is used up, it is the responsibility of the guest to provide the rest for themselves. Items included in the starter kit are toilet paper, small toiletries, paper towels, coffee, coffee filters, creamer, sugar, trash bags, a dish sponge, dish soap, and laundry soap.

We do our best to keep our pools well maintained, however during the summer months with our daily wind and rainstorms the upkeep of the pools tends to be a little more difficult. Thank you for your patience.
