Positive: Location was great, right in front of the ramped boardwalk to the beach. Plenty of towels provided.

Negative: There were quite a few miscommunications between Pristine Properites and Booking - pristine said we still owed a balance of $140 after we had paid in full, inlcuding the pet fee. We called to figure it out and they said they'd call back but never did, turns out we didnt owe it. They never provided the neighborhood gate code. Had to call. When we arrived the door code didnt work. Had to call but there is no service down there. Definitely annoying, haven't had that happen at any other home down there. The home itself was nice, clean but probably the least provided for place we've ever stayed at, in terms of stocked basics. Yeah, you are supposed to bring everything yourself but every other house we've stayed in at Barrier Dunes (4 total) and other beach properties have provided quite a bit more than this place. It's nice, worth the stay, but grab every small detail of what you'll need for this trip including salt and pepper. Some things are falling apart a bit - nothing that really impacted the stay but mildly annoying. Locks on the doors were wonky, the back gate is really quite broken, the outside table is noticeably cheaper than all the other homes around us, the posts under the house had some wood pieces stick off that kept getting caught on our clothes if we walked too close to it. Again, all minor things. Great place especially for the location and the price.
