All the restaurants at the adjacent Marriott Hotel are available for guest use, however the pool, fitness center and tennis courts are available only for hotel guests.
The Bay View Tower is located on the Punta Rassa Peninsula near the entrance to the Sanibel causeway and adjacent to the Marriott Sanibel Harbour Resort. Come and enjoy this one-of-a-kind experience in beautiful SW Florida.
The condo is fully equipped with new HD TV's in all the rooms and will sleep six people. The unit has free Wi-Fi high speed internet and cable TV with a large selection of stations. Four beach towels are provided with rental.

The large master bedroom has a new king size bed with a beautiful, updated master bathroom that will ensure restful nights listening to the waves land on the beach below the unit.
