Summary: The ac didn't work. We had no towels, soap, or shampoo. The staff was pretty rude when I went down to ask for stuff. The room it's self wasn't the cleanest. The refrigerator also didn't get drinks cold and there was no ice maker on second floor. There were no blinds for our windows on the second floor so the lights from the parking lot kept us up all night
