The dining area seats eight comfortably, with four extra seats at the breakfast bar.

A Yamaha 4-passenger gas-powered golf cart is included for licensed drivers (21+), along with kayaks, paddleboards, and a trailer for easy transport to the beach or the Intracoastal. Enjoy free use of Malacompra Park and Bing’s Landing, including the boat ramp, playgrounds, courts, and picnic areas. Boat parking is available on the driveway or across the street near the retention pond. All kitchen appliances, smart TVs, washer/dryer, and home amenities are yours to enjoy. No areas are off-limits.

Getting Around:
We recommend you bring your own car. We also provide you a Golf Cart which you will be able to bring to the beach and drive around the neighborhood but not on the main road such as A1A
Other Things to Note:
Once you reserve your stay, you will be asked to sign our rental agreement, provide all the names of all adult guests, and sign a golf cart waiver. Once all the information is signed and provided, you will be able to view the details of your upcoming stay via our welcome link.
Pool can be heated on demand for $287 weekly, $50 daily during shorter stays, $200 weekly during multiple-week stays
