This beautiful barn apartment sits on 3 wooded acres and 300 ft of waterfront. The apartment is about 600 sq ft. it had a double sided fireplace between the master and the living room. The bathroom has a large jetted tub and a stand up shower. The kitchen has full size appliances. It does not have a dishwasher yet. There is wifi in the apartment and 2 smart tv's with the Roku platform.. The deck overlooks the backyard and the water. It is a very large deck with a grill and a patio set. There is also a large fire pit in the backyard which is a manicured, parklike setting..
There is a dock on the property but it is a shallow water dock. It is too shallow for boats and Jet Skis to launch from my dock but it is perfect for canoes kayaks and paddleboards.
