Single family home completely updated and renovated with your comfort in mind. 2 bedroom 2 bathroom, W/D, lanai, private fenced in backyard. Office area with desk and access to printer/fax. Less than 30 minutes to the Jacksonville beaches and international airport. Minutes from St. John's River and the artsy town of Riverside. Master bedroom has a queen size bed, 2nd room has a full bed. There is a queen air mattress for extra guests. First bathroom is more spa like with shower and built in seat. 2nd bathroom is mostly original with tub and tile. Both bathrooms have Windows with frosted bottom window to provide light and privacy. Both bedrooms have closets. The master bedroom has a portable piano so feel free to play your favorite tunes. The living room boasts a huge sectional sofa and large screen TV. There are 2 wooden serving trays so you can feel comfortable eating in the living room and not make a mess. Feel free to use the stackable washer and dryer. Kick back and relax on the lanai or step outside in our private back yard. Every room has been designed and decorated to make you feel comfortable and at home.
