Ormond by the Sea is a quiet and friendly community and is centrally located between Flagler Beach and Daytona Beach. There are no cars allowed on the beach here so it's more serene and safe. The interior is Luxury at its finest. We Brought in 2 designers to furnish this home and it shows in the well thought out design and function.

This home also features a 1 car garage, laundry and all your toys for a day-at-the-beach. The outdoor space is spectacular and is fully fenced and features a firepit with Adirondack chairs and a custom mural for you to take memorable pictures of your vacation here in Ormond by the Sea.

Ormond Beach Restaurant Row is located within a 6 to 8 minute drive and is located just over the Granada Bridge. Daytona Beach restaurants are located within a 6 to 8 minute Drive. Flagler beach shops and restaurants are located within a 15 minute drive. Bicentennial Park located within 1.5 miles north of the property and features: tennis courts, fishing dock, canoe/kayak launch, playgrounds and more.
