The Space
Suitable for a family of 4, the condo includes a bedroom with a king size bed, a walk-in closet and 55” television with Chromecast. Dining area provides a table that can seat six guests. Spacious living room area furnished with a queen memory foam sleeper-sofa and a flat-screen 55” TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker and also dishes, utensils, and pots and pans. Linens, towels, beach chairs & umbrella are provided. There is an in-unit washer and dryer available for your convenience. Cable TV, and high speed internet are included. Parking is free for up to two cars.
Smoking is prohibited inside the condo.For safety purposes, cameras are located at the front door of the condo and on the patio. Do not change/remove them. A $100 fee will be charged if altering cameras.
Any damage to property or furnishings during your stay will be charged to you.
