Fresh paint throughout the entire interior as of Jan 2021, new living room furniture installed in late 2019, and new carpet installed on 1/29/20! Here you have a large private garage on the first floor, plus 2 floors of living space above with a total of approximately 2300 living square ft.
On the second floor there is 1 bedroom with an adjoining bathroom, a tastefully decorated kitchen, living area with access to a Gulf Front deck, dining area, and half bathroom. Just a few steps down from the second floor deck to the world's whitest sand beaches. A few more steps over the dunes and you are dipping your toes into the Gulf of Mexico. Sip coffee watching dolphins in the morning, run and play in the surf and sand, relax with a beverage at the water's edge, or grill while watching the sunset.
On the third floor which is the top floor, there are 3 bedrooms including the master with an en suite master bathroom and private Gulf Front balcony, a hall bathroom, and a washer/dryer laundry area.
