The space:
-Four bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. All bedrooms located on the second floor.
-Master bedroom has a king size canopy bed, flat screen wall mounted television. Master bedroom connects to the master bath with a separate shower and garden tub.
-Second bedroom has a queen size bed.
-Third bedroom has a full-size bed.
-Fourth bedroom has a trundle. Fourth bedroom also has a desk for dedicated work space.
-Living room has a 65" wall mounted television with Amazon Firestick and YouTube TV and plenty of seating.
-Kitchen is fully equipped with cooking essentials including oven, electric stove top, Keurig, coffee maker, toaster, and full-size refrigerator.
-Dining room has a large table with seating for six.
-Movie theatre has a 70" television with Sony surround sound. TV has an Amazon Firestick but must log into your own streaming network. There is a HD DVD player.
-Outdoor space has a full patio with large grill, table with seating for four, love seat and two individual chairs. Covered area expands the length of the home. Small mounted flat-screen TV. Pool is 4 feet to 6.5 feet deep.
-Laundry room has full size LG washer and dryer.
-Garage can fit one car and is available for use and two cars fit in the driveway (3 car max parking). Please provide make, model, and license plate prior to check in.

Grocery, Restaurants, and Shopping:
Aldi grocery store is less than a mile away as well as national fast food options like McDonalds, Burger King, Wendy's, Taco Bell...etc. Dine-in restaurant options include Mellow Mushroom Pizza, Ford's Garage, Bahama Breeze, Bonefish, Cheddars and many more. The nearest full size grocery stores are a Publix located 4 miles (8 min drive) away and a Winn Dixie at the same distance. Shopping nearby includes Tampa Premium Outlets (less than a mile away), The Shops as Wiregrass (4 miles away), and The Grove at Wesley Chapel (4 miles away).
Other things to note:
-Maximum number of people at the house at any time, day or night, is eight (8). This includes adults and children. No unregistered visitors. If this rule is broken, VRBO will be notified.
-Please remove shoes when entering the home
-Parking is limited to three vehicles; one in the garage and two in the driveway. Please provide make, model and license plates for all vehicles prior to check in.
-We have cameras on both sides of the garage (no audio) to monitor vehicles and the number of guests entering the home.
-Pool is serviced once per week, normally on Tuesdays in the morning. So please be aware and don't be alarmed if you see a man walking in by the screen door. And please do not lock the screen doors so he has access.
-I usually fill the pool water twice a week. If I have to stop by while you are there, I will send a message letting you know my time of arrival. Feel free to fill it yourself if you do no want to be disturbed but please let me know.
-Please try to keep the kitchen island and other areas of the house free of crumbs, as we have had issues with ants in the past.
-No parties, events, large gatherings or loud noise at any time day or night.
-Always lock the front door and back door when you leave, turn off all lights and TV’s and set AC to 77 degrees. Please keep the back patio door closed when the AC is running. Do not set AC below 72 degrees, as the unit will freeze.
