Welcome to our home! Our home is a vacation rental and intended for short term vacation stays. Please use the inquiry option if requesting a booking longer than 3 weeks. We have been working during the shut down to keep our beautiful property updated and CLEAN and ready for our guests to return! Check out the health and safety tab, and see below for all the new guidelines being followed by our housekeepers. Rest assured that we and our management company, Gemstone, are ready to provide you with a clean and safe home to visit and enjoy.
You will find all solid surface floors on the ground floor along with our updated kitchen, granite countertops and stainless appliances. Our living room has easily cleaned leather furniture too! Enjoy our beautiful master suite featuring an updated walk in shower and private toilet room. Outside you will find a private lanai with large pool and spa overlooking a common area and county park where there are walking trails, playgrounds and sports fields. During the colder months pool/spa heat is available for an additional charge. There is also a community pool, tennis courts, basketball court and playground available if you choose to use them. Located just 15-20 minutes to the Disney main gate this is an ideal location for your family vacation that allows you to come ‘home’ to get away from the crowds. Within just a mile or less you will find all the grocery shopping and restaurants you need with many more within a few more miles.
There are TVs in each bedroom, the living room and loft. Each is equipped with ROKU sticks and are set to GUEST MODE. You log into your own streaming services from there and will automatically be logged out on the date you choose.
Note that all pictures show fully made up bedrooms with decorative pillows and bedspreads. However during the current requirements for cleaning and safety the beds all are changed to hotel style bedding with washable blankets, and no decorative pillows.
Feel free to use the washer/dryer during your stay, and our garage will accommodate your car to keep it out of the sun!
