This home is completely remodeled, everything is brand new from appliances, flooring, countertops, light fixtures etc. Within close proximity to local beaches, nearby parks (Manatee Park is 4 miles away) and boat ramp. One mile from restaurants and grocery stores. 20 minutes away from downtown fort Myers.
Must be at least 25 years of age to rent the property.
No Smoking in the house. Smoking permitted outside.
Pets are allowed but must be under 20 pounds and potty trained. Pets are Not allowed in the pool.
No Lifeguard on duty at anytime. Swim at your own risk. To avoid injury, no cannon bombs, diving, jumping (into the pool) or running in the pool area is allowed. Pool is heated to 88 degrees and hot tub is heated to 100 degrees. Children are not allowed in the swimming pool area or near the dock area at any time without an adult actively supervising in that space for safety. No drinking glass or glass bottles are to be used in to the pool area - only plastic items allowed. You assume liability for everyone's safety while using the pool, fire-pits, lanai, dock/backyard area(s).
1 Gas BBQ grill, 2 gas fire pits located in the lanai area and 1 Stone fire-pit near the dock
