The Squirrels Nest is tucked away in the outskirts of Inverness.It is a very safe and quiet neighborhood.It is conveniently located 2 miles from Walmart and publix for all your shopping needs.In addition you are 20 minutes from Beautiful downtown Crystal River and Kings Bay.The back yard is completely fenced with a 12 foot access gate leading into the state forest.The trails are beautifully maintained so u can enjoy quiet walks,or feel free to bring your 4 wheelers or golf carts.The front and back porch both have covered decks.The back porch has a gas grill and also a gas firepit for complete relaxation! The home has been totally remodeled and is very clean and spacious.It is a two bedroom,2 bath.The master bedroom has a queensized bed and its own bathroom.The guest room has a full sized bed and its own bathroom.Both bedrooms have televisions.There is also a third small bedroom that can be used for extra storage.The kitchen has a large open floor plan with plenty of seating, new appliances,cookwear and dishes also provided.After dinner you can settle into to cozy livingroom complete with cypress ceilings,a couch with 2 recliners and a big screen TV. High speed internet,Netflix,and cable are also included and last but not least,it also has a washer and dryer.If your looking for privacy and comfort for 2 weeks or longer,the Squirrels Nest may be the place for you!!
