There are two queen size beds in the downstairs bedroom, a king in the second bedroom on the second floor, two queens in the third bedroom on the second floor, and a king size bed in the third story bedroom. The master bedroom has a king size bed and its own private balcony. Ceramic tiled floors all throughout the lower floor as well as the laundry room. Bedroom (1) with 2 queen sized beds and private bathroom is located on the first level of this home. Also on the entrance level is a 2 car garage with plenty of room for storing your extra beach gear, jet ski's or motorcycles. The kitchen features solid surface counter tops, large serving bar, and seated dining for 10. Gulf views can be seen from the kitchen and the living area which leads out to the balcony that over looks a fenced area on the beach - great for kids who want to be play in the sand! There are multiple panoramic views from the 3 large private balconies, which is great for dolphin watching. These spectacular views can be viewed from the Master Bedroom and the Penthouse room which has its own private bathroom.
