Whether you're looking for a weekend getaway (3 day minimum rental) or an extended vacation, this 2 BR 2.5 bath condo is the perfect escape. The condo has updated bathrooms, bedding and kitchen. There is a king sized bed in the master bedroom and a queen and a twin bed in the 2nd bedroom. Each bedroom has it’s own bathroom. There are screened lanais off the living room and master BR. This unit comes with its own boat slip with a lift for no extra charge (NOTE: Lift is rated for 8000LBS and the maximum boat length is 24'). This condo is in the G building (Unit G37) which has an unobstructed view of Jug Creek. Enjoy the best fishing and wildlife watching. All guests have use of our 400’ private fishing pier where you can catch redfish, snook and snapper. Two excellent restaurants are very close by; Captain Cons Fish House and The Lazy Flamingo located at the Four Winds Marina. There is also a full service marina in the complex where you can buy live bait or book a fishing charter. The ferry to Usseppa Island leaves from this marina. Bring your own boat (our slip holds up to a 24' boat) or rent one from Four Winds Marina. There are other boat slips that may be available for larger boats. Travel by boat to great beaches on Cayo Costa State Park to swim or go shelling. Of course, some of the best fishing in Florida is right here! Two tennis courts and two heated pools. A small convenience store located up the road close by. Pine Island Center is about 7 miles away where there is a shopping center (gas station, Winn-Dixie, Publix, CVS and more restaurants). Matlacha and St. James City are also short drives with numerous restaurants. Kayak rentals are available in Matlacha and on Pine Island. Sorry, no pets allowed! Our unit comes with two parking passes located inside the condo on hooks by the front door. BE SURE TO RETURN THEM TO THE HOOKS ON DEPARTURE.
