Perfectly located on a private and gated Island community, less than 10 minutes driving to the beach and 20 minutes driving to the best of Miami Beach shopping and entertainment.

For your comfort, we provide the following:
_ The villa is fully furnished & completely equipped with linens and towels.
- Welcome amenity provided: bottle of wine, shower gel, original nespresso capsules for your fist day.
- We meet you upon arrival and departure to give you a tour of the villa and give you a maximum of explanation to make your stay more enjoyable.
- Free Wifi.
- Sonos System
- HBO, Showtime, sports channels and more in every bedroom, living, lounge area. 7 TVs total. 85" TV in the living room.
- All TVs are smart TVs with access to netflix.
- Wire internet available for business meetings.
- One crib and booster available upon request.
- The pool company comes once a week to clean the pool, usually on Wednesday, mid-day. Landscaping comes every 2 weeks, usually in the morning.
- Additional Housekeeping can be provided at an extra cost. Please contact the Property Manager for more information. We require an additional cleaning for stays over seven days to maintain the quality of the villa.
Rental Policies:
- Our bookings require a minimum age of 25 years old.

Guests should not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors; Code-enforced neighborhood quiet hours are from 10:00p.m. – 8:00a.m. No DJs and/or band are allowed on property. No other device than Sonos should be used to play music. The villa has been equipped with a noise aware and the property manager will be alerted if the volume is excessive.
- No RVs and no commercial vehicles allowed to park.
- We do not work with agents and the house should not be advertise anywhere else than this listing. No sub-renting allowed.
- smoking is allowed outside only. $100 will be charged if the house has a smell of smoke.
