Our lovely home is located in a quiet neighborhood only 10 mins from the world famous Siesta Key beaches and downtown Sarasota (the cultural center of mid-Florida). Disney, Universal Studios, Sea World etc. are less than 2 hours away. Busch Gardens and Tampa Int'l Airport are only 1 hour away.
This cozy 1300 square foot home boasts an en-suite master bedroom with a king size bed and a walk-in closet. The guest bedrooms include one with a queen size bed and the other with twin beds, both having ample closet space.
Each bedroom houses a TV for those times when you want to stay in bed and relax or let the kids play video games in their own private place. There is also a TV mounted on the patio for when you want to enjoy a game while the rest of the family swims in the pool.
The large enclosed lanai houses a weekly maintained 28' x 14' crystal clear pool, perfect for cooling down on those hot, lazy Florida days, (there is also a pool heater as an optional extra). There is also a covered outdoor dining area with fan and light for those relaxed alfresco meals.

Going to the beach? - We will supply the beach towels, folding chairs, umbrella and cooler so you can spend the day there.
