Our quiet and comfortable suite is centrally located in the historic Springfield district, next to downtown Jacksonville. This unit is furnished with a queen bed, a queen pull-out sofa, and an amazing La-Z-Boy recliner perfect for naps. The bathroom is updated, with excellent water pressure. And, the front porch is exclusive for our guests. There is a stocked Keurig, as well as a refrigerator and microwave, but no kitchen.
You will enjoy a private apartment, separated by walls and a secure exterior door, from the rest of the duplex. The owner and caretaker both live in the building. The suite is accessed by a private door off of the porch, and the bedroom is secure with a lockable door. You will enjoy immense privacy, while having the convenience of management on-site. We will not bother you, but we are here for any need you may have during your stay…just ask!
