This house is located on a spring feed fresh water creek with a beach entrance where you can enjoy swimming/boating/kayaking/paddle boarding/fishing and more. Its located 45 min. from downtown Jacksonville, and 15 min. from the quaint downtown Green Cove Springs.
As soon as you drive up you will know that you made the right decision. You will probably stay outside most of the day enjoying all the water sports and activities which is at your disposal at no additional cost and at night you will probably find yourself in the hot tub located under the large gazebo on the dock enjoying complete relaxation. You will find two hammocks located on the beach for just to get away and read a book. If you brought kids, we have two professional blowup water slides for an extra $100.00 for the entire stay. If you enjoy boating and want to learn the amazing history of Black Creek waterway like civil war and american indian war history, see the homes of 38 special drummer and Patti Vanzant, wife of Ronnie Vanzant-Lynard Skinnard home, Hell House location and dock where Lynard Skinnard wrote a lot of their songs or just want a nice river cruise out to dinner in the owners brand new 27ft Barletta Tritoon boat with a 400hp motor on the back to get you anywhere you want to go. Prices will be listed in the cottage. The owner of the property would be the tour guide. For the inside of the cottage you will be overwhelmed by the wood on the walls and all the old boating and skiing memorabilia which most came from a local Guinness book of world record champion Hugh James. Of course there is a coffee bar for you to enjoy. An outdoor blackstone/cooking area with sink, a rain shower head with instant hot water. Spacious rooms with extremely comfortable queen size beds and a futon couch that turns into a bed for the kids. If you enjoy pickleball, there are 8 new free courts about 15 min. away. You will not leave this place without having an absolute blast. If your in need of more sleeping accommodations, we have a large boat with two estate rooms and two full baths on the property that can sleep an additional 6 more people if you have a large group, text me for more details on that.

Seriously thank you guys so much for everything. We couldn’t have asked for a better family to meet from the experience, you guys really made this weekend easy and comfortable. Definitely the best trip “trip” we’ve had as family too. Y’all did an amazing job on the cottage/outside area. I really think y’all will be amazed at how well this is going to do for you guys and I’m happy for y’all. Thank you again 😎 You might be hearing from us again pretty soon. We have friends from out of town that come here a lot and this is the perfect place to go for spending time. Especially considering how there’s nothing else like this in clay county. So awesome and such an amazing experience.
