Brand new over 400 sf. Bedroom, Living area, Large bathroom and closet. Private entrance and parking. Screened in patio, in-ground salt-water pool. Perfect for couples, honeymooners or business travelers.
Simply decorated in a mid-century style with retro touches and ambient lighting for a peaceful, zen-like experience.
** GUESTS must be 25 years of age and valid photo ID is required upon request.
** 2 DAY MINIMUM RENTAL is required.
** CANCELLATION IS SEASON DEPENDENT. You can expect a stricter/firmer policy from November - April. If you plan your reservation far in advance it may require the reservation be adjusted for this reason.
Included: Queen size bed, Keurig coffee, microwave and mini-fridge. Blow dryer, iron, soaps in bathroom. Smart TV with ROKU & local stations.
Guests have private outdoor sitting area and access to a shared screened in patio/lanai with access to the in-ground saltwater pool. The pool does not have a baby gate (only property gate) and for this safety reason children are not encouraged. The guest suite is attached to the main home and as a result the pool, in the shared backyard, is also shared. This seems to be a common question so again to be clear the POOL IS IN A SHARED BACKYARD WITH THE MAIN HOUSE. *** POOL HEATING is available for the pool for an additional fee during cold months. This fee must be arranged for and paid for during your entire reservation and in advance. Please ask if you are uncertain if you will want heating.***
Designed for, but not certified handicap access, flush floor room transitions and main door, wide door openings for wheelchair convenience, open bathroom for wheelchair assistance. While attached to the main house the space is separated by a locked hallway. The laundry in is the hallway but locked by a door at each end to provide soundproofing and privacy for all.
No smoking, vaping or medical marijuana use inside. If you are a smoker please use the ashtray on the patio and keep the patio doors closed to prevent smoke odor entering the home. Please refrain from using any high odor items while inside out of respect for the guests that will arrive after you.
I live in the private home attached to the guest house. You may see me around the property or in the garden. I am available if you have questions or if I can assist in any way You will always have private access to your suite.
**** NOTE: If you are staying for over a week please remove trash during your stay to trash can just outside the fence for weekly pickup. Fresh bed linens and towels are available upon request for guests staying 2 weeks or more. Laundry available to guests staying only more than 2 weeks and must be discussed in advance of reservation acceptance.
