The dining area which seats 6 is conveniently located next to the kitchen and close to the nicely appointed living area. The kitchen is open plan and you can see all the way to the pool through the sliding patio doors in the living room.
After a day at the parks, you will definitely enjoy the peace and quiet of the screened and covered lanai which also includes a splash pool that can be heated! The pool has a seating bench and bubbles for your enjoyment. Two sun loungers are placed beside the pool. There is a seating group with 6 chairs. A security fence is present on the patio for families with small children.
