This fabulous ocean front house features 3 suites each has their own private full bathroom inside and the 4th one ideal for children with bunk bed and queen bed. There is a total of 4 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms plus 2 half baths. In each bedroom you will find a TV, ceiling fans and 2 of the bedrooms have an additional mini split A/C for more comfort.
One half bath conveniently located on the first floors. Full top of the line gas range stove with double ovens, dishwasher, Viking refrigerator and wine cooler.
On the first floor, enjoy the convenience of outdoor kitchen with the best appliances in the market. Outdoor kitchen has an American Eagle grill, 2 burners, one big burner and a griddle. There is also an icemaking machine, double door refrigerator and a freezer.
