There is a short boardwalk right at the complex to get to the white sandy beach - you couldn't be any closer!! The complex is situated 1.2 miles north of the Cocoa Beach Pier, and close to many restaurants & attractions.
The area has so many amazing activities for adults and kids alike; including the Kennedy Space Center, downtown Cocoa Beach, quaint & historic Cocoa Village, Ron Jons Surf Shop, Brevard Zoo, golf, surfing, Disney (45 minutes away), and of course, the beach!
