It is surrounded by great shopping, dining and entertainment, yet nestled in a very quiet community. The condo itself has a private gated entrance with a small courtyard. It has a beautiful and bright open concept living area with a large TV. The kitchen is supplied with everything you will need to feel at home. The spacious master bedroom has a king size bed, large TV, walk-in closet and a master bathroom with tub. The second bedroom has a queen size bed with a second bathroom with shower right next to it. Both bathrooms have safety bars in the shower/tub. There is a washer and dryer located inside. The Lanai overlooks the beautiful Quail Run gulf course. Although the golf course is privately owned, it is open to the public, so you may enjoy it.
There are tennis courts just a few short steps away (tennis racquets in our garage for your use.) You can also play pickleball.
The heated pool and hot tub are also located also just a few short steps away. Beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella are also available for your use.
There is also a beautiful tree-lined walkway which leads to nearby shopping and great for a morning or afternoon walk.
