This is our family home and believe it is perfect for families includes a fun kids room with play area and we also offer a pack'n'play for those traveling with little ones. Open floor concept with modern touches. Freshly styled furniture in the living room, and updated features in the bathroom and all rooms. High end finishes and appliances, with fast WIFI and two desks available perfect for working from home. Complimentary private parking is featured.
Downtown Miami and South beach are about 15 min away. 15 min from Miami International Airport and about 20 min from Ft Lauderdale Airport.

-No third-party bookings of any kind. -No smoking inside the house (includes marijuana, cigarettes, cigars, hookah or vape pens) if any evidence is found you will be charged a $500 smoke cleaning fee.
-No Pets of any kind. A fee of $300
-No additional guests. A fee of $250 per additional Be advised the fees listed are not set amounts and may be lower or higher depending on the situation.
-Complaints from neighbors, authorities or community members will lead to termination of reservation.
-NO Third Party booking the guest who reserves must be present during reservation. The following regulations listed below are around safety concerns, shared space rules, and community regulations.
