The living room has comfortable modern sectional seating and a smart tv. Included is AC, Wi-Fi and a water softening tank filtration system for the entire home.
The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make yourself at home including a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes & utensils. The kitchen island provides seating for two and the dining room provides seating for four.
Master bedroom features it's own private sliding glass door to the lanai/outdoor patio, queen-sized bed, wall to wall carpeting, wall mounted tv and bathroom with a generously sized walk-in shower, two sink vanity, walk in closet and a bidet!
Second bedroom has wall to wall carpeting, a full-size bed and roomy closet.
