It is open to the eating area and family room with reclining sofa and chair and a new smart TV that includes Nexflix, Peacock and YouTube TV. There is a triple sliding door that opens into the wall to bring the outside in. The covered lanai with furniture is a special place to gather for meals, morning coffee and a good book. The master bedroom comes with a smart TV, a king size bed and a walk in closet the size of a room! The master bath has double sinks, lots of storage and a luxury shower. The second bedroom also has a king bed and double closet. Bedroom three has a daybed with a trundle. This room can also be used as an office or kids retreat. There is a second bathroom between these bedrooms with a beautiful shower. There is a laundry room with storage and washer and dryer. An attached garage with remotes and outside keypad. The extra large lot provides ample space for yard games. Included are beach chairs, beach towels, coolers and beach umbrellas.
