All rooms equipped with new high quality mattresses rivaling 5-Star hotels comfort, and everything else you might need to be comfy, relax, and unwind. We want you to feel at home and genuinely wish for our guests to have the best possible vacation, so there to respond to any need as quick as possible!
Other Things to Note:
The home has two properties on the premises. A main home (3/2) and a detached Guest Home (1/1) at the end of the property. Both homes have their own patio section, grill area, lounge furniture, and do not share amenities. Properties are separated by vegetation hedge for your privacy.

▶ CAMERAS: We do have external surveillance & noise monitors at the home for everyone's safety. Security cameras are located around the outside of the home.
PERSONAL BELONGINGS
▶ Goodwick Hosting will not be responsible for any package delivery or personal belongings left at the property after checkout.

Please confirm the House Rules have been reviewed WITHIN 48 HOURS OF YOUR BOOKING. This is to ensure that if there is any reason the House Rules cannot be followed, you, our guest, will have the option of canceling the booking penalty free as we have a Firm Cancellation policy. Thank you in advance and truly appreciate your cooperation!
1) Infants/children are welcome however, being child friendly does not mean the area is Child-proof. It is the responsibility of the guardian/parent to monitor their children's actions at all times. We are not responsible for any injuries that take place on the property.
2) You agree to know and agree to the following fees:
A) Late checkout: Any late checkout without prior request AND approval, WILL result in a $50 fee starting, and an additional $50 for every half hour after.
B) Smoking is strictly prohibited. If caught smoking in the home, a fee of $50 will be charged for each day of the violation.
C) Pet Fee: for each stay by prior request AND approval.

3) If guests are found to have a party/gathering/event without the host's permission, guests will be responsible for paying a $400 party fee + $50 charge per additional person on the premises over the maximum sleeping occupancy limit.
4) We do have external surveillance & noise monitors at the home for everyone's safety.
5) You ensure you have a crime-free record and won't carry any weapons on the property.
6) If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged.
7) A violation of the house rules can lead to the immediate removal of all guests without a refund.
8) You agree to be booked in goodwill and you will not attempt to damage the property because you are dissatisfied with a ruling or the host in the event that a violation of the host's rules occurs.
9) If any non-following of the house rules leads to having to discount or refund the next guest you are responsible for covering the resulting costs
10) PARKING: Please prioritize parking on the driveway as the driveway is reserved for you, our Main Home guests, and free curbside parking in front of the home will be used by our Guest Home guests.
11) Please acknowledge that occasionally, we may leave consumables such as condiments or snacks left behind by previous guests if they are left unopened/unused. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. However, ultimately, it is up to the guest's discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables.
12) Bicycles: We do not hold any responsibility for their use. Guests use them attheirownrisk.
13) Please keep the home tidy and respectful. Such as leaving shoes at the entrance, washing dishes, and keeping the noise down past the quiet hours of 10:00 PM. Thank you!
