This beautifully remodeled, smoke free home with new kitchen is located between Lake Sumter Landing & Spanish Springs is in a quiet neighborhood, has a golf cart for your use, Roku Smart TV w/high speed internet in the living room & both bedrooms, all available for streaming your own services. A full size leather sleeper sofa in the living room, with an enclosed lanai for extra seating in the front of the home. A plus for this location is that it has extra parking directly across the street! The private, newly extended quiet side patio with seating provides a peaceful place to have your morning coffee, read a book & enjoy the the nature preserve attached to the back yard.
The Villages offers shopping centers, restaurants, pools, golf courses, tennis, pickle ball courts, bocce ball and more. There are even Polo matches on the weekends in the spring.
There is free nightly live music in all of the town squares from 5-9pm.
