Watch the sunrise sitting on the lanai with your 1st cup of coffee/tea. Easy access to I-75 and US 41, shopping, restaurants, and the conveniences of both Port Charlotte and North Port. This home offers plenty of privacy, spacious, split bedrooms, open floor plan to family room and dining room from the kitchen. Home also includes a washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen and a 50" flat screen TV in the family room. Every bedroom is equipped with ceiling fans. Also close to Golf courses and beautiful gulf beaches! Master Bedroom has King bed, and large walk-in closet. Master bath has a walk-In shower. 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed and the 3rd bedroom has a double bed. Family room has a sleeper sofa, Sleep 6 to 7 persons. The entire space herein described plus Wi-Fi through out the property (indoor and outdoor), including internet. Iron and ironing table inside the laundry room.
Things to do: Relax for the day at Warm Mineral Springs where you can experience both therapeutic and passive recreation experiences as you soak in the minerals which is known for it's purported healing qualities. Visit Fisherman's Village in beautiful historical Punta Gorda. In the spring check out the Port Charlotte Baseball Stadium or the Wellfield Stadium in Venice.
