Screened porch to enjoy your morning coffee and a fire pit for roasting marshmallows. 3 kayaks and a paddleboard for guest use. Sandy beach for kids to play on and room on dock to anchor your own boat or you can beach your boat right on the beach. Covered deck/dock with lighting and fans. Also had open section of dock to sunbathe. Ring camera on front porch for added security. Plenty of yard space for cornhole (provided) and other games. Boat ramp is less than 1 mile from house. Salt Springs boat ramp and swimming area is within 2 miles from house which also leads into Lake George and other beautiful springs for swimming and snorkeling. Comfortably sleeps 8 in beds. Blow up mattresses available upon request.
