The home is in a beautifully maintained manufactured home park and all guests must be over the age of 55 , there are no children allowed however you may bring your furry friend as long as he/she is well behaved. Welcome to the smack dab centre of beautiful Dunedin and Clearwater. You couldn't ask for anything better, just a five minute drive to Honeymoon Harbour beautiful pet friendly beach and crystal clear waters. Spend a day relaxing in the sun, come home to the cozy three bedroom mobile home/cottage like hideaway where you will feel like you have escaped all your worries when you kick back with a BBQ supper and glass of wine on the private outdoor deck. Next, go for a swim in the shared heated pool or take a walk or drive to check out Main Street Duedin (small quaint town with lots of shops and restaraunts ) or if you're feeling inquisitive the Country Side Mall which is just up the street has lots to enjoy including indoor skating, shops and Whole foods Market. Clearwater beach is a 12 minute drive while Tarpon Springs is 10 minutes drive with all the sponge diving and shops to entertain you with it's Greek Cultural cuisines and the most fantastic delicious bakeries in all of Dunedin. If you love baseball or golfing , this is the place to be. Several golf courses and BlueJays and other Team players have their spring training just minutes away from the rental. Finally, Disney World is just an hour and half away drive if you feel energized enough to add to your trip!
