Positive: The property is located in a very safe community. It is spacious and accommodating for my large family. The cable was confusing to figure out (you can only play two tvs at a time. It rained two days while there and the water was streaming through the garage wall at the base. The grilling are was unusable as it seems to have not been cleaned for years. The towels were very worn out. Luckily we brought some of our own. Our master bedroom had what seemed to be sand in the bed sheets. The neighbors are nice and very knowledgeable about activities in the area.

Negative: Although this home appears great from the pictures, it appears the home has not had a deep cleaning since they started renting it. The whole house needed a power wash outside and especially the pool area. Speaking of the pool, the water was cloudy and my husband had to purchase pool shock and treat the pool twice before I felt comfortable with my grand children swimming. We left that much better than we found it.
