Coastal Cottage is a charming 3-bedroom, 2-bath waterfront retreat nestled along the Saint Martin River in Ocean Pines, Maryland. Designed for relaxed family vacations, this home blends classic coastal character with thoughtful comforts and open water views throughout.
Inside, the cottage features red oak floors, vintage cottage furnishings, and comfortable sleeping accommodations. The living area includes a Sony Bravia HDTV with Blu-ray DVD player, a Sony sound system, and family cable programming, creating a cozy space for evenings after a day on the water. The kitchen is fully equipped for home-cooked meals and includes a Cuisinart drip coffee maker, Nespresso coffee maker, electric grinder, and blender.
Outdoor living is a highlight of this home. The furnished screened porch offers shaded relaxation, while the expansive sun deck provides front-row seats to sunrise and sunset over the river. Guests may enjoy crabbing, fishing, or tying up their boat at the private dock—no Maryland fishing permit is required. Crab cages and a crab pot are provided for guest use.

If something feels off — whether it’s an appliance not working correctly or an unexpected maintenance issue — please let us know right away. A quick photo helps, and our team typically responds promptly to resolve anything with as little disruption as possible. While these types of issues don’t qualify for refunds, we’ll always do our best to make your stay smooth.
All rentals include our full linen and towel package. Every bed will be made before you arrive, and each guest receives one bath towel along with fresh sheets and pillowcases.
Please respect the home as if it were your own. An additional $500 excessive cleaning fee may apply if the property is left in unacceptable condition.
