Beach access is just a short 5 minute walk down A1A. This is a perfect place to visit to escape cold weather and for the many events in the area! This is a brand new 3 bedroom condo in the Aruba in Daytona Beach, and was built in 2020. This ocean view unit is breathtaking. Every detail was carefully thought out. It's conveniently located on the first floor offering upscale luxury along with spectacular views of the Atlantic from the ocean view balcony. The living room offers a large flat panel TV, it's own Internet router for in-room wireless high-speed service. The large couch has a queen sleeper for those extra guests! You'll enjoy being able to walk out on to your wrap around private balcony with amazing views of the Atlantic Ocean. The great room floor plan opens up the dinning area and full kitchen into the living room so all can enjoy the sights and sound of the ocean!
Bedroom 1 features a king bed. You'll also enjoy a flat panel TVs in all the bedrooms. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has a twin bed and a full size trundle bed as well. There are 2 full bathrooms in the condo. The unit comes stocked with top grade linens, towels, pots, pans, dishes, so all you need to do is bring the groceries!
