Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Awesome pool - big, newly renovated and crystal clear. Ocean view is incredible and walkway to the beach is great. 4th floor balcony was really nice. Elevator and available carts made it easy to move in and out. Well maintained unit. Very quiet because of stay dates. Beach was big, clean and gorgeous. Unit could use some updating but was clean and we still had a great stay.

Negative: Tacky old cracked mirror in master ensuite bathroom behind the jacuzzi tub. Toilet seat in hall bath was loose and couldn't be tightened up. Tacky whole wall mirror in dining room. Frumpy couch and loveseat in living room. Faucets in bathrooms are very old and worn. Behind the living room TV hasn't been cleaned in a very long time - really dirty and dusty. Decorating is like the 70's. High top table and chairs on balcony are worn out, uncomfortable and the table is missing a leveling leg so it had to be wedged underneath to level and stabilize.

Summary: Great stay! Had a lot of fun and relaxed.
