And hey golfers! There are several golf courses within 5 miles including the PGA golf club! Although the home is set in a quiet area, its just minutes from all the shopping and restaurants you need, and less than 15 mins to the popular Traditions shopping center! Seriously, this location is so convenient!

The pool is obviously the highlight of this home! There are two sets of double doors that can be opened completely creating an open indoor/outdoor living space.. There is a bar on the other side of the kitchen pass-through window, a large grill, plenty of lounging furniture, an outdoor shower, as well as a hammock swinging in the fruit trees. If there's a chill outside, know that the pool will still be heated to a comfortable temp of 86 so you can enjoy it any time of year! A screen enclosure surrounds the pool and back porch to ensure pesky bugs won't be messing with your relaxation time!
