THE SPACE

GUEST ACCESS
During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire unit and complimentary access to community amenities.
Guests have access to the full unit: 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, the living area, dining area, kitchen, and balcony. Additionally, there are 4 outdoor swimming pools, 2 hot tubs, 2 tennis/pickleball courts, 2 gyms, 2 kids' playgrounds, outdoor barbeque grills, and picnic tables scattered throughout the apartment complex. There is a community lounge room in the main office. This unit comes with a maximum of 2 free parking spaces, not assigned, first come first serve. An additional parking space can be provided with a $25 fee. Guests will have to provide plate numbers to register with the apartment complex. Failure to do so will result in towing on the guest’s responsibility.
IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW
1) Your personalized self-check-in instructions will be given the day of arrival. Check in begins at 4:00 PM. Check out ends at 12:00 PM. Early check and or late check out of up to 1 hour maximum has a $50 fee.
2) The building has no elevator so guests will need to climb one set of stairs.
3) It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, hairdryer, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. All reservations get 6 towel sets (1 washcloth, 1 hand towel, 1 bath towel per set) and one set of linens per bed. Extra linens/blankets or towels are available for an additional fee. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
4) Management and cleaning are not responsible for lost and found items.
5) Quiet hours for the community are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM daily. No exceptions.
6) These properties are strictly non-smoking allowed. Marijuana is not permitted in our community. Pets are also not permitted. There is a minimum fine of $500 if any of the above restrictions are discovered at the time of check-out.
