Welcome to our home! A modern and spacious three bedroom, two bathroom home located in the Briar Meadow neighborhood of The Villages. Perfect for a family or couple, this single-floor home can accommodate up to 6 guests and is suitable for everyone. An open floor plan allows for easy interaction and flow, plus plenty of natural sunlight. A large kitchen with center island is well stocked with both indoor/outdoor glassware, cooking and baking accessories. A dining table that can seat 6 and an expansive living room with ample seating, surround double doors that lead to a screened-in lanai. Beyond the lanai, you'll enjoy dining al fresco or sipping your morning coffee in the beautiful palm garden that wraps the expanse of the property. There are 3 bedrooms, each with a different bed configuration. The primary bedroom contains a king size bed and enjoins with the ensuite bathroom and a generous walk-in closet. The second bedroom has two twin beds and ample closet space. The third bedroom has a queen bed, plus a desk area for those working on the road. There is a second full bathroom off the hallway. Our villa is centrally located with a quick walk or golf cart ride to Nancy Lopez Legacy Country Club (3 executive courses and 3 9-hole championship courses), Pool & Tennis Courts. In addition, within a quick cart ride, you'll find easy shopping at Publix or Walgreens, plenty of dining options, an outdoor workout park and the newly constructed First Responders Recreation center. A golf cart is included with all rentals. For your convenience, there is no smoking allowed and no pets.
