The Guest House is thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation. It features a comfortable queen-sized bed, TV, ceiling fan, mirror, dresser, and nightstand—everything you need to unwind in style.
For dining, a convenient kitchenette pass-through window with two bar stools offers a lovely spot to enjoy meals. The kitchenette is equipped with a mini refrigerator, microwave, induction stove, and coffee maker, allowing you to prepare and enjoy home-cooked meals during your stay. You will also find a washer/dryer included in our unit free of charge.
The bathroom is designed for ultimate convenience with his and her vanity sinks, a fully tiled stand-up shower, and a toilet bowl. A hairdryer is also provided for your convenience.
Step outside to the shared backyard, where you’ll find a fully fenced space featuring a sparkling pool with deck chairs, lounge chairs, and patio furniture including a dining table—ideal for enjoying the outdoors.
Additional amenities include 1 parking space in the driveway, Wi-Fi, and a starter supply of liquid soap, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, dish soap, paper towel, toilet paper, and garbage bags. This is a non-smoking house.

• There will be an inspection for quality and safety purposes conducted by a member of our team. If it happens to fall during your stay, we will notify you in advance. Guest presence is not mandatory during the inspection but inspection may be. Guest understands and agrees to access.
• Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any water or electricity outages caused by the city. We will do our best to assist you during these circumstances, but please understand that it is beyond our control. As such, we regret to inform you that we cannot provide refunds for any inconveniences caused by such outages.
