The Space:
Our spacious one bedroom apartment features inviting living areas, fully-equipped kitchens, and bathrooms complete with toiletries. Building amenities include a large outdoor pool and sundeck, fitness center, grilling area and fireplace, and bike storage. You will also have direct access to the Monon Trail.

Please know that all CozySuites properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Please know that any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500.

Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy.
Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check.
