Summary:
Our beautiful home includes a gourmet kitchen, 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (the third bedroom's entrance is through the second bedroom). Five miles from the beach and close to Marina Del Rey, Venice, and SM. Our community is patrolled, safe and very walkable. This house has beautiful back yard with sitting area. We're located in quiet residential neighborhood very close to major stores. Being just 10 minutes away from LAX and only 5 minutes from SoFi Stadium and the Forum.
The Space:
A well designed 1000 s.f. with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathroom, enough space for a group of 6 ppl! This house is located on a huge lot (almost 7,000 s.f.) with very large back yard perfect for outdoor hangouts.

Guest Access:
Guests can access the entire property. This house accommodates key-less entry. (Smart Lock)
The Neighborhood:
Very safe and super friendly neighborhood. The house perimeter however is equipped with smart lights and surveillance system to make you feel safe and at home. I'd just encourage guest to respect the quiet hours after 11:30 pm to contribute to a peaceful neighborhood.
Getting Around:
Close to SoFi stadium, the Forum and of course LAX (airport), quick drive to major beaches (Santa Monica, Venice, El Segundo, Huntington ...) and easy access to DT LA.
Other Things to Note:
Please note that that the gardener visits weekly to take care of the front and backyard. Guests do NOT need to be present; the gardener takes the side gate to gain access to the back yard. This is just to let you know about their visit.
Interaction with Guests:
The host does not reside on the property, however, we try to check on every guest as frequent as possible to address their needs.
Depending on the time and day of the week, maintenance issues can take up to few hours to be addressed. Evening/night-time issues will have to be taken care of the next business day.
