The property is very quiet and close to the beach on the southern outskirts of Daytona Beach, in Port Orange in a very quiet residential street.
Daytona Beach International Airport is approximately 15 minutes away. Drive away. The trip to Orlando International Airport takes approximately 80 minutes.
You will feel very comfortable in our holiday home. It is invitingly furnished and has a salt water pool and its own large garden with enough space for young and old. The property (approx. 1,400 m²) is fenced in at the back and therefore offers complete privacy. A pool shower, a Weber gas grill, sun loungers and cozy patio furniture are also available.
The holiday home was completely renovated in 2013 and the entire facility was renewed. New furniture, flooring, kitchen, bathroom. The house is fully equipped with a large living room, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It is decorated in a European style. Up to seven people can easily be accommodated in the house.

The large living area with a view of the salt water pool offers comfort: 4 flat-screen TVs with European. The house has 150 m² of living space. The master bedroom with king-size bed has a separate large bathroom. The 2 other bedrooms also have a full bathroom. The two other bedrooms are equipped with 1x king-size bed and 1x with queen-size bed, high-quality mattresses and offer you a good night's sleep.
The house also offers a convenient driveway, a carport and ample parking. There are also two 28 "bicycles, beach chairs, umbrellas and a cool box - everything you need for a nice, relaxing holiday.

The kitchen is fully and sophisticatedly furnished with a dishwasher, large ceramic hob, coffee machine, microwave, dishes, glasses, pots, cutlery, etc. It is a typical generous American kitchen, according to German standards.
Of course, the house is fully air-conditioned. You don't need to bring towels or bedding. There is a washing machine, dryer, iron and much more ready for you.
