Jet skiing and shell combing. The area has lots of land conservation making it a heaven for Manatees and their calves, and dolphins.Lots of cranes and other tropical birds as well as the white bald eagle. The house has a nice kitchen with a large kitchen table. The living room has a large Flatscreen TV, fireplace, and plenty of seating. Nice screened-in porch area to get out of the sun and enjoy outside.The Master bedroom has a King bed and a bathroom within the room. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have 2 twin beds per room.

RE: Pool / hot tub heat a credit card needs to be on file before access information sent. Guests can ask to pre-heat the pool during the colder seasons. Sleeps 10.
